The JEOL JBX support web site is provided to allow any user of an instrument in the JBX line to have a place where they can discuss topics related to JBX operation or any other lithography related topics.  The web site also includes FAQ's related to instrument operation.  In addition tool owners have access to additional information about the service of their instrument.

To get started, simply:

1. Open a User Account
   Registration to this site is moderated - to gain full access, be sure to also submit your instrument information so that we can assign you the proper authorization for accessing content.
2. Login to Your Existing Account
   You will then see content and features available for your account type.

Once your account registration information is reviewed, you will be granted the appropriate access to other areas of the site.
